We only ask you for information which we genuinely need in order to provide you with a better service.
For example, your name, telephone number and e-mail address details which you would need to provide to enquire about our services. Where you do enquire about our services and consent to provide us with more than one method of contacting you, such as your e-mail address and telephone number, we will use both methods for correspondence with you, until such time that you withdraw your consent (which may be done at any time). For any or all those methods of contact, unless legally obliged to do so we won't share your information with anyone, other than for the standard running of our business. For example, we would need to ask additional information regarding your vehicle and personal details, so our repair centres are able to progress the repairs and to populate your personalised repair tracker screen to show the progression of repairs on our site.
