We would like to reassure you that the health and safety of our customers, suppliers and employees is of the utmost importance and we are closely monitoring the breaking news, information, advice and guidance from the World Health Organisation and local authorities regarding the spread of COVID-19.

We continue to monitor the Coronavirus situation live and are updating our policies as the need arises.

As our employees interact with customers and the general public, we are encouraging glove wearing and regular hand washing, with the use of hand sanitizer, where available. In line with government guidelines we have enhanced the cleaning of our courtesy cars and customers cars. In particular, we are paying special attention to the main customer touch-points such as steering wheels, door handles, keys, handbrakes, gear shifts and other hard surfaces.

We are taking every precaution to ensure business continuity for us and for you and to minimise the risk of contributing to the spread of the coronavirus. We're focused on safeguarding the health of our employees, their families, our valued customers and partners, and local communities.

If you have any flu like symptoms, have travelled outside of the UK or been in contact with someone that has visited one of the high-risk countries we ask that you follow government advice and do not visit. We will re-book your car at the earliest convenience.

Free Courtesy Car

We understand that being without a car can make your life difficult, however due to the Coronavirus outbreak whilst every effort will be made to meet your needs, we are taking precautions to minimise the risk of contributing to the spread of the COVID-19 resulting in limited Courtesy Cars available.

If you do require a Courtesy Car please ask our Customer Support team at the time of arranging your car repair to check availability.

Free Car Collection & Drop Off

If you can't get to one of our accident repair centres we will arrange for one of our drivers to come and collect your car from your home or work address and return it back to you at a time that suits you, once the repair work is completed.

To ensure our collective well-being, in line with government guidelines we ask of you – Your permission to wipe main touch-points such as steering wheels, door handles, keys, handbrakes, gear shifts and other hard surfaces. - pre and post repair in your vehicle and any courtesy vehicle.
